The Rotary Watch by Behrens is inspired by the innovative rotary engine, featuring a unique mechanical structure that replicates the engine’s motion. This exceptional timepiece pays homage to Felix Wankel, the creator of the rotary engine, celebrating his contributions to mechanical engineering. Combining artistic expression with advanced craftsmanship, the Rotary Watch stands as a favorite among collectors and enthusiasts, blending functionality with aesthetic allure.

Time Display

The Rotary Watch uses two triangular rotors to indicate time. The larger rotor at the bottom displays the hours, while the smaller rotor at the top marks the minutes. These rotors emulate the trajectory of a rotary engine, creating the impression of a miniature engine in motion. This innovative design is as visually captivating as it is mechanically advanced, providing an interactive and engaging time-reading experience.

Case Design

The case is forged from Grade 5 titanium alloy, ensuring durability and lightness. Each watch features a unique serial number engraved on a plaque on the side of the case, highlighting its exclusivity.

Luminous Display

The hour hand, minute hand, and markers are filled with Super-LumiNova material, providing excellent readability in low-light or dark environments. This feature enhances both the safety and elegance of the watch, adding to its overall quality and appeal.

Crown Design

The crown is positioned at the 4 o’clock mark to reduce discomfort during wrist movement and improve wearing comfort. This placement also protects the crown from accidental impacts. It features dual rubber rings on the side, enhancing sealing and grip for smoother and easier time adjustments. The crown's surface is intricately engraved with a "triangular rotor" design, adding to its visual appeal and unique identity.

Crystal Display

The domed sapphire crystal is enhanced with an upgraded anti-scratch coating, offering high hardness and resistance to corrosion. Its clear and bright surface remains durable and pristine over time, ensuring long-lasting elegance and scratch resistance.

Case Back Display

The case back is intricately engraved with the watch's signature triangular rotor design. It also features three transparent windows, offering a unique and stunning view of the intricate internal mechanics.

Cordura Strap

The strap is a custom design by the renowned French brand Jean Rousseau, made from high-quality cordura  materials. It combines exceptional craftsmanship with a distinctive design, showcasing unparalleled quality and unique charm. The quick-release feature allows for easy and convenient strap changes.

Titanium Metal Strap

Light weight and durable, with a quick-release feature for easy length adjustment. Convenient and practical, providing the wearer with a brand-new comfortable experience.

Exclusive Packaging

The core design element of the Rotor watch is inspired by the "Reuleaux Triangle" found in rotary engines. This geometric shape is cleverly used as the hour and minute hands. Belens further incorporated this unique element into the design of the watch box, innovatively placing a movable "Reuleaux Triangle" mechanical structure at the top of the box. This design not only enhances the aesthetic value of the watch box but also adds an interactive and fun feature. Users can push the triangular structure at the top of the box to experience a unique piston-free motion mechanism similar to a rotary engine, allowing them to deeply appreciate the exquisite craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
